5ª Tour Japón: Marcos García se explaya en el Fuji

Marcos García se explayó en la cima del célebre Monte Fuji para ganar la etapa y ser el nuevo líder del Tour de Japón (2.1) sucediendo a su compañero de equipo Thomas Lebas. Una demostración de forma del equipo Kinan personificada en la persona del corredor madrileño que se acerca a su segundo triunfo en una prueba por etapas después del Tour Hokkaido nipón el año pasado. Un éxito que significa la 32ª del ciclismo español en la presente campaña.



Además del éxito del excorredor del Caja Rural, los españoles participantes brillaron con Díaz, Prades, Toribio y Guardiola ocupando los puestos cuartos al séptimo, respectivamente. García domina ahora la general con 35 segundos de ventaja sobre el austriaco del Baharain, Hermann Pernsteiner, con Prades, Guardiola y Toribio en el top 10.
